• Current foreign passport with at least six months validity and copy of legal residence status where required
• Proof of Indian origin such as old Indian passport, domicile or nativity certificate, or parents' or grandparents' Indian documents
• Photo, signature, and relationship documents such as birth or marriage certificates when the OCI claim is through parents or spouse
